Shipping Policy

Shipped Orders:

  • Please allow 48 hours for order processing.
  • Please note at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday for Tuesday – Friday delivery
  • You will receive your order within 3-7 business days (M-F) from time of order placement, and we will make every effort to let you know when to expect your order.
  •  All products are shipped frozen, via Fed Ex. Most frozen cuts of meat will defrost overnight in the refrigerator. We pack our orders inside insulated bags with ice blankets, and inside a cardboard, eco-friendly box. We do not use dry ice. Please be certain FedEx next day delivery is available to your home. FedEx is responsible for timely delivery and the quality of their service. Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time.

Drive-thru Pickup:

  • Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be available Tuesday unless otherwise confirmed.
  • We will notify when your order is ready for pick up at the drive-thru pick up window. You may also respond to your confirmation email or by calling Gentle Harvest at (540) 837–4405.
